About the Designer

Rachel DelGaudio Rauscher is a scenic designer from Atlanta, Georgia, who has spent the last few years working in Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in 2013, followed by her Masters of Fine Arts  in Scenic Design from University of Virginia in 2016. Recent design credits include Pinkalicious! (Marriott Theatre), Bright Star (York High School), and Eurydice (Jedlicka Performing Arts Center). Rachel has designed productions for companies including Northbrook Theatre, Babes with Blades, Haven Theatre Company, Pride Films and Plays, The University of Virginia, and more. She has worked as assistant scenic designer for productions at regional theaters such as the Paramount, Writers Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, and the Asolo Theatre, among others.

Rachel is currently pursuing opportunities in design for theater and theme design in Atlanta, as well as across the country.
