Scenic design for I LOVE A PIANO

                    The challenge presented for I Love a Piano was to create a fun space that would encompass over 15 locations over six decades.  Traditionally, this review is performed with the aid of projections, but with the time and budget constraints, another direction was necessary.  Using translucencies within the piano archway, we were able to create light up signs in vibrant colors when we needed to indicate a change in the year, and when fully frontlit, the dates could fade back into being a fun addition to the weaving piano ribbons decorating the stage.
